Job summary

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications and requirements: Hold and maintain active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential® and be licensed to practice Behavior Analysis in CT
• 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or other developmental delays
• Meet all supervision requirements as specified by the BACB®
• Excellent professional, leadership, organization, and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Required to follow all safety procedures and requirements

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Special Education Teachers and classroom team
• Participate in the intake process for new students
• Implement and/or oversee implementation of assessments
• Apply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performance
• Provide ongoing supervision as required by BACB® for RBT®s and/or BCaBA®s
• Collaborate effectively with parents, related service providers, and LEAs
