Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school-based program serving students aged 5-21 with autism spectrum disorder and emotional/behavioral needs. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to implement ABA strategies and ensure effective transitions back to home districts.

This full-time, W-2 role is onsite at one school site, with a traditional Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD and behavioral/emotional disorders is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass state clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Collect and review data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and school staff.
• Train and coach staff to implement behavior plans.
• Supervise or support RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff.
• Maintain documentation per BACB standards and IDEA.
