Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide direct behavioral services in a school-based program serving students ages 5-21 with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. This role supports the multidisciplinary team and focuses on evidence-based ABA strategies to help students return to their home districts.

Responsibilities include FBAs, PBSPs, IEP collaboration, data collection, staff coaching, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards. Onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery experience.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs.
• Experience with IEP participation and collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Must be able to complete state clearances and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Collect and review behavioral data to track progress.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and staff.
• Train and coach staff to implement behavior plans.
• Supervise or support RBTs and other staff as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other specialists.
• Maintain documentation in line with BACB standards.
