Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA in Northern Westchester County, NY. You will provide ongoing clinical supervision to RBTs, BTs, and classroom staff in line with BACB requirements, and support professional growth with the Assistant Director.

This full-time role offers strong benefits, a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000, and opportunities for CEUs and career development. BCBA certification and 3+ years of school-based experience are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervision/feedback to clinicians.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants, and staff per BACB requirements.
• Support professional growth in collaboration with Assistant Director (feedback, training, team-building).
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across school districts.
