Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA to supervise RBTs, BTs, teachers and classroom staff across multiple school districts in Northern Westchester County, NY. The role includes in-person supervision visits and collaboration with school personnel to meet student needs.

You will oversee staff development, provide feedback, maintain documentation, and ensure BACB compliance, all while contributing to a supportive, child-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision and feedback to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants and support staff in line with BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth of employees with Assistant Director through feedback, training, and team-building activities.
