Job summary

Family of Kidz is hiring for a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA in Northern Westchester County, NY. The role focuses on supervising school-based RBTs, BTs and staff within BACB guidelines, while supporting staff development and program quality.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years working with children with special needs in schools, including 1 year supervising clinicians. Some travel to districts is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, healthcare, education or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum 1 year supervising clinicians and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, teachers and staff per BACB rules.
• Support professional growth through feedback, training, and team activities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across districts; arrange transportation.
• Coach staff via modeling, feedback and competency-based training.
• Collaborate with school personnel to meet students' needs and provide group trainings.
