Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Jersey City, NJ. You will design and oversee behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and collaborate with educators to deliver impactful outcomes.

The position offers a full-time school-based caseload with on-site and potential remote collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive clinical framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience in school-based settings.
• Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee behavioral programming for students.
• Support IEP teams and collaborate with school staff.
• Monitor data and adjust interventions to ensure progress.
• Provide supervision to ABA Instructors and RBTs in school settings.
