Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Lennox, CA. The position features a full-time school-based caseload, competitive compensation, and strong clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school personnel and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs aligned with district goals.
• Utilize assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify learning needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians in school settings.
• Deliver professional development sessions and classroom trainings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
