Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in Mays Landing, Atlantic City and surrounding SNJ Region. Base pay is $80,000–$86,000 annually with a performance-based bonus program that may significantly increase total compensation.

The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, design and supervise interventions, and supervise ABA therapists across environments. Active NJ LBA licensure and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• LBA Licensure (NJ).
• 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Create Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Complete ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS assessments.
• Provide parent training.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Practical support and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team.
• Consult with school administrators and teachers.
• Participate in family meetings and parent trainings.
• Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Conduct behavior analysis to develop a functional program.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical support team.
• Manage client data.
