Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in Baltimore, MD. You will design and oversee behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and work with educators to promote meaningful, sustainable student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA/related field required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• At least 2 years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school personnel and families.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Use VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS/SSIS to identify needs.
• Collect and analyze data to guide decisions and progress.
• Ensure fidelity of implementation with data reviews.
• Coach and model evidence-based strategies for staff.
• Provide supervision to ABA Instructors, RBTs in schools.
• Collaborate with IEP teams and families to support generalization.
• Serve as consultant to IEP teams for student-centered plans.
• Deliver PDs, workshops, and classroom trainings.
• Maintain timely documentation per standards.
• Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.
