NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION FOR BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS INC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Kearny Public Schools for three days a week, consulting with teachers, staff, and families to oversee student behavior programs. The role focuses on general, special education, and preschool students, including those with ASD.

You will develop and monitor BIPs, provide data-driven interventions, and train staff in behavior strategies while documenting progress and communicating

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide data-driven recommendations and interventions.
• Support and train staff in behavior strategies.
• Communicate regularly with staff and document student progress.
