The BCBA collaborates with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families to assess behavior and implement evidence-based interventions, emphasizing prevention, inclusion, and data-driven practices to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments across school settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with IEPs, 504 plans, MTSS, and general education supports.
• Provide direct behavioral consultation and modeling in classrooms and other school environments.
• Support students with emotional/behavioral disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.
