Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. We are a clinician-led organization focused on accessibility, inclusivity, and empowerment, offering coaching, mentoring, and strong collaboration with school partners.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• At least one year of school-based ABA experience or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Experience training school staff and parents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
