Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in San Francisco, CA seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based positions. This clinician‑led organization prioritizes accessible, inclusive services and empowering students to thrive.

You will conduct FBAs, design and supervise BIPs, collaborate with educators and families, provide coaching to staff, attend IEP meetings, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and families.
• Provide coaching to school staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting ethical and district standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current.
