Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. The team emphasizes accessible, inclusive services and strong collaboration with school partners.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIP design, staff coaching, and IEP participation to support student success. We offer a robust coaching program, professional development support, and a team-oriented culture with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong speaking, writing and listening abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with educators, families and staff.
• Experience training school staff and parents is a plus.
• Must maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, psychologists and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching on evidence-based strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
