Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 year. Join a clinician-led organization dedicated to accessible, inclusive services and collaborative partnerships with schools.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs with data-driven approaches, designing and overseeing BIPs, and training school staff. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to BACB guidelines; competitive salary offered in the US

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification required.
At least two years of school-based ABA experience and/or supervising programs for students with Autism.
Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
Design and oversee individualized BIPs.
Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families.
Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with standards.
Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices.
