Job summary

The district's Behavioral Support Team is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings, collaborating with psychologists, social workers, RBTs and educators.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs and reinforcement systems, creating and maintaining data collection, providing in-class support and staff training, and supervising RBTs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed through MA DESE
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop BIPs and reinforcement systems; create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training; supervise RBTs; design classroom-based interventions
