Job summary

Waco ISD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for students in special education. You will support and train administrators, teachers, and parents, conduct assessments, and collaborate with ARD committees to tailor programs across campuses.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or higher, BCBA certification, and preferred Texas Special Education certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required and active.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services and develop behavioral intervention plans.
• Train and support administrators, teachers, and parents in ABA.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to tailor programs for students.
• Monitor student progress using data collection and analysis.
• Support staff with strategies to address challenging behaviors.
