Waco ISD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for students in special education. You will support and train administrators, teachers, and parents, conduct assessments, and collaborate with ARD committees to tailor programs across campuses.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or higher, BCBA certification, and preferred Texas Special Education certification.

To provide behavior analysis services and behavior management plans for special education students enrolled in educational programs; provide support and professional learning to school site staff, para-educators, and parents/guardians in appropriate behavior intervention techniques; conduct assessments and develop plans that conform to IDEA, Texas law and regulations, and other applicable statutes and regulations.
