Job summary

ATX Learning Group in Cassatt, SC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide behavioral support to students receiving special education services.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, analyze data, and coach school staff across multiple sites to implement evidence-based ABA strategies and achieve ongoing progress for students with autism and other behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience delivering behavioral services in schools.
• Ability to travel between school sites.
• Knowledge of FBA/BIP processes and IEP integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor progress.
• Provide behavior consultation and coaching to staff.
• Support students with Autism and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with IEP teams on goals.
• Train staff on ABA strategies.
• Provide services across multiple school sites.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
