Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with disabilities in educational settings. The role emphasizes assessment, data-driven interventions, and collaboration with school teams to promote progress.

You will supervise RBTs, participate in ARD meetings, and ensure plans align with IEPs while benefiting from mentorship, professional development, and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher meeting BCBA requirements.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and data analysis.
• BACB supervision training completed for RBT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Understand the function of behavior through FBA, observations, and data.
• Develop individualized interventions addressing barriers to learning and communication.
• Use data to guide decisions, monitor progress, and adjust interventions.
• Coach teachers and families across settings to support skill practice.
• Provide supervision to RBTs per BACB requirements with feedback.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings to align supports with the IEPs.
