Job summary

Weaver Union School District is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with educators in designing and managing school-wide and classroom behavior systems. The role includes developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans and conducting functional analyses as needed to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with staff to develop and implement school-wide and classroom management systems.
• Develops and supervises individual positive behavior support plans for selected students.
• Conducts functional analysis assessments as needed and communicates findings to staff and families.
• Interacts professionally with parents, students, school and district personnel, and other professionals.
