Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based roles in Saint James, Commack, Sayville, and surrounding areas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with autism within a school setting, under BCBA supervision, to support academic, social, and behavioral growth throughout the school day.

The position offers consistent daytime hours, no evenings/weekends, and follows the school calendar.

Qualifications

• 1 year ABA experience preferred
• School-based or special education experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to school districts

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student’s learning goals
• Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain detailed documentation meeting school and agency standards
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen clinical skills
