Dragonfly Cares in Long Island, NY is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians for full-time, school-based roles in St. James, Commack, Sayville and nearby districts. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum during the school day under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Experience in school-based or special education settings is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to school districts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student’s learning goals
• Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills
