Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• EDU 119 and BSAC required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of before/after/summer program.
• Coordinate program events, activities, and sessions.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and sanitation rules.
• Provide guidance and support to group leaders.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; conduct regular meetings.
