Catalyst Family Inc. seeks teaching staff to support planning and implementation of programming for children from infant to school age depending on location. You will facilitate age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and supervise in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include creating curricula, maintaining engaging environments, and partnering with families and communities to deliver high-quality programs in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Education units in Early Childhood Education or related field with passing grades.
• AA degree or higher in ECE/CD or related field from an accredited college.
• Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum linked to children's interests.
• Maintain enriched, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service with authentic connections to families and communities.
• Ensure children are healthy and safe with proper supervision and safety practices.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a positive work environment.
