Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a dedicated teaching staff member to support planning and implementing programming for children from infants to school age at our Sacramento location.

You will create age-appropriate curricula, foster safe learning environments, and build strong connections with families and community partners. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and professional growth, with full-time hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 24 postsecondary semester units in ECE/CD (+C-) plus 16 GE units.
• AA degree or higher in ECE/CD from an accredited college.
• CA Teacher Permit or higher issued by CTC.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curricula tailored to each age group.
• Establish enriched, safe, and age-appropriate learning environments each day.
• Provide excellent service by connecting with children, families, schools, and communities.
• Maintain supervision, healthy habits, and safety for all children.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a positive workplace.
