Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in South Lake Tahoe is seeking teaching staff to plan and implement programming for infants through school-age children, depending on location. You will facilitate age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and supervise children in a safe, healthy environment.

The role emphasizes creating engaging curricula, maintaining enriched learning environments, delivering excellent service to families and schools, and collaborating with center teams.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher in ECE, CD, or related field from a nationally accredited college or equivalent
• Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
• Current adult and infant/child CPR & First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum connected to children’s interests
• Create, implement, and maintain age-appropriate, enriched learning environments
• Provide excellent customer service with authentic connections to children, families, schools, and community
• Maintain safety and proper supervision ensuring healthy habits and compliance
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and creative learning spaces
