You will create engaging curricula, maintain safe, supportive classrooms, and collaborate with families and center teams while ensuring health and safety. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a group care environment with a consistent age group.
• 1 year supervising adults or equivalent supervision units if preferred.
• Effective problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication with children and families.
• Curriculum development, lesson planning, and documentation of assessments.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and maintain a professional team environment.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual/multilingual ability may be required depending on center.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum connected to children’s interests.
• Create, implement, and maintain age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service by building authentic relationships with children, families, schools, and the community.
• Maintain child health and safety through supervision, healthy habits, and compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a positive workplace.
