Job summary

Responsibilities include developing engaging curricula, maintaining enriching classrooms, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality programs. Strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• AA or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with coursework in child development.
• California Teacher Permit or higher issued by CTC.
• 24 postsecondary units in ECE/Child Development plus 16 GE units or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on interests and child development.
• Create and maintain enriched learning environments for all ages served.
• Provide excellent customer service with authentic, culturally responsive relationships.
• Ensure health and safety through proper supervision and positive interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a positive workspace.
