Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavioral Technicians to support students in Corona-Norco Unified School District for the 2026-27 school year. You will provide behavioral and educational support in ABA-driven activities, in either 1:1 or classroom settings.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in childcare/ABA and an interest in helping students succeed within a school environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and compassionate communication throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
