Job summary

Ro Health in Riverside, CA is hiring a Behavior Support Assistant (BCA) to support students in Corona-Norco Unified School District for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on behavioral support in a school setting using ABA, with students from pre-K through high school, either 1:1 or in a classroom capacity.

Qualified candidates have childcare and ABA experience; an associate degree is preferred, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate’s degree preferred, high school or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
