Job summary

Ro Health is hiring qualified Class Behavioral Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in schools around San Bernardino, CA. The role emphasizes applying ABA strategies for students from pre-K to high school, with 1:1 or general classroom support assignments.

Work hours Monday–Friday 8 am–2 pm, starting at $22.00 per hour. Benefits include weekly pay, healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and commuter perks. Prior childcare or ABA experience and school-setting familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
