Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring a Behavioral Classroom Aide to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting, primarily in Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Ontario, and Corona. The role involves ABA-based support, 1:1 or classroom coverage, and may lead to full-time placement by year-end.

Start ASAP for the 2026-27 school year, with potential extension. Responsibilities include assisting with educational activities, maintaining calm communication with students and staff, and supporting behavior

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in either 1:1 or general capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, concise communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods as needed.
• Assist with behavioral goals and daily activities.
