Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in the Corona-Norco Unified School District for the 2026-27 school year.

You will provide in-school behavioral and educational support, primarily using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Roles include 1:1 or classroom support, working with students from pre-K through high school, and collaborating with teachers to help students stay on task and meet behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months ABA therapy experience with an active RBT license.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Remain physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting for long periods.
• Assist with tasks requiring bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
