Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in Riverside, CA and nearby areas. The role involves ABA-based behavioral support in a school setting for students from pre-K to high school, with 1:1 or classroom-wide assignments.

Responsibilities include providing behavioral and educational support, clear communication with students and staff, and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be instructional eligible.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods as needed.
• Bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds when required.
