Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students in the Corona, CA area. Roles include 1:1 and general classroom support, focusing on ABA-based behavioral strategies in school settings.

Candidates with childcare or ABA experience and an Associate’s degree (preferred) are encouraged to apply. Per diem options and team-based collaboration are available, with competitive weekly pay and benefits when eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
