Job summary

The Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) is hiring a Scholarship Operations Specialist to enter scholarship applications into the DTP, scan documents, and communicate with applicants by phone and email.

You will support the team by maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, and monitoring pending applications in a hybrid work environment that values accuracy, organization, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent with some specialized training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow established processes.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter and attach new scholarship applications into DTP.
• Add classes into DTP and email authorizations to appropriate parties.
• Run report of pending applications, closing applications not meeting deadlines, and sending ineligible emails.
• Run report of pending applications and send reminder emails for missing required documents.
• Answer phone calls related to Gateways Scholarship. Enter grades of completed coursework into DTP.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
