You will counsel applicants, enter data into the DTP system, and maintain accurate case notes while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Spanish speaking and writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process credential applications and review materials with accuracy; enter information into the DTP system and maintain detailed case notes.

• Collaborate with team members to review complex applications and suggest process improvements.
