Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) is seeking a Professional Development Program Specialist to receive, enter, and process program documentation, determine participant eligibility, and provide guidance to participants with a focus on accuracy and strong customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following established processes.

This role requires managing documentation, maintaining records, and effective communication

Qualificações

• Completion of four years of high school or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate degree.
• More than 3 months and up to and including 12 months of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process program documentation and accurately enter information into the data tracking systems.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and resolve issues as needed.
• Communicate with Professional Development Program participants regarding requirements, documentation, and eligibility.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes and participant records.
• Determine coursework eligibility per established requirements.
• Meet department standards for accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and program information.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
