Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) is seeking a Regional Family & Community Engagement Specialist to drive family voice within the Early Childhood Regional Community System across Illinois. The role supports the Regional Council Manager, engaging parent leadership, and co-creating solutions with diverse community partners.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years working with children and families, knowledge of collective impact, and willingness to work flexible

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or beyond in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Development, Social Work, or related discipline.
• Must be able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Engage parent/caregiver leadership to center family voice in decisions.
• Build connections with community partners to support children and families.
• Coordinate family engagement activities and report progress to Central Office.
• Travel within the state up to 50% as needed.

Bilingual Spanish
