Sprouts Farmers Market in Scottsdale seeks a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable Schematic integrity, conduct weekly resets, and support merchandising accuracy across Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA and Vitamins.

The role serves as the primary schematics contact for store leadership, coordinating with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Scan Coordinators and Dept Managers to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs; good vision required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and ensure categories are set according to schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Assistant Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance and item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures; obtain sign-off from management.
• Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
