Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for scheduling systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual scheduling, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Help standardize and centralize scheduling workflows across hospital and ASC locations.
• Build reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and automated workflows.
• Analyze staffing supply, demand, utilization, and coverage gaps.
• Lead enhancements and optimization projects for scheduling systems (e.g., QGenda).
• Coordinate resolution of system issues between OAG and scheduling software.
