Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-3 years scheduling experience in a hospital/surgery center or high-volume practice.
• Prior anesthesia scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily contact with physicians, managers, and external contacts.
• Produces and maintains anesthetist hours and daily peel-off; resolves time gaps and inconsistencies.
• Produces and maintains the daily schedule for all campuses and off-site locations; ensure schedules in QGenda.
• Monitors future manpower needs and maintains cross coverage data.
• Provides reports as requested; performs other duties as assigned.
