Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred degree or certificate in computer technology or healthcare.
• Experience in medical scheduling functions, preferably hospital setting.

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide variety of staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs all functions of Scheduling Clerk.
• Serves as on-site systems maintenance administrator for scheduling software.
• Maintains tables in PHS and HSM following strict change control processes.
• Collaborates with departments to assure system changes and revisions are appropriate.
• Coordinates upgrades and staff education related to changes/enhancements implemented.
