Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years in medical registration/scheduling setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling staff and ensure accurate provider schedules.
• Monitor appointment workflows and resolve scheduling issues.
• Audit patient care slips, no-show reports and reminder calls.
• Implement and enforce scheduling policies and procedures.
• Cover scheduling areas during peak times or staff absences.
