Chattanooga Heart Institute is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the scheduling team, ensuring efficient patient access and optimal resource utilization.

You will mentor staff, monitor appointment workflows, resolve complex scheduling issues, and enforce policies and customer service standards to boost patient flow and team performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to oversee scheduling staff and guide daily operations.
• Strong attention to detail in scheduling practices and provider calendars.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and patients.
• Experience in medical scheduling/registration supports smooth patient flow.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of all scheduling staff at assigned office.
• Ensure accurate and complete provider schedules at assigned office.
• Track staff productivity; audit patient care slips; manage no-show reports and reminder calls.
• Implement internal policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Oversee Order Facilitator, completion of provider and employee tasks, and hospital scheduling process at assigned office.
• Cover scheduling areas as needed during peak times, vacations, illnesses, etc.

Every day you will manage and mentor scheduling staff, monitor appointment workflows, resolve complex scheduling issues, and ensure adherence to policies and customer service standards.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, and excellent communication skills, crucial for optimizing patient flow and team performance.

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Graduate or
• High School GED and
• 5 years in medical registration/scheduling setting and

Pay Range

$22.51 - $31.79 /hour
