Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Registration department's daily operations and staff. You will coordinate prior authorization and scheduling processes, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive high patient satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and familiarity with EMR systems; experience with Meditech or Epic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements met with HS diploma or GED.
• Experience with hospital patient access and leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Registration department operations and staff.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling workflow.
• Manage customer service and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee staff interviews, training, and performance reviews.
