Job summary

The Jarrell Company is seeking a detail oriented Scheduler to support daily billing prep, readiness checks, and scheduling installations/services in Irving, TX. You will coordinate with customers, sales, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate reporting.

You will handle order scheduling by ship date, build install POs, process invoices, and respond to inquiries. A high school diploma and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Previous Customer Service work experience is required; previous work experience in our industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work and maintain all incoming install, deliveries, shipments, pre-walks and follow up request via inbox/email.
• Call builders/customers to verify job readiness.
• Schedule orders by requested ship date and maintain organized filing.
• Build install purchase orders.
• Install invoice processing and communication.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and assist in solving questions from internal and external customers
• Answer incoming calls and emails timely & professionally
• Perform other duties as requested by Operations and Logistics manager
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when calling customer
• Maintain a cordial tone and positive attitude at all times
• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
• Must accurately take orders and fill out reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to be detail oriented, multi-task, work within specified timeframes and in a fast paced environment.
• Previous Customer Service work experience is required; previous work experience in our industry is preferred
