Evolution is seeking a Scheduling Specialist in Michigan to ensure accurate posted schedules for gaming floor employees and to support Operations leadership. The role involves coordinating shifts, managing absences, and aligning staffing with business needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–2 years of scheduling experience (preferred), strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of experience scheduling in any field preferred but not required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel functions.
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Sense of urgency.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to set clear priorities.
• Customer oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge on internal systems (JIRA, TTS, etc.).
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create shift rotation and ensure break distribution for Game Presenters and Shufflers in accordance to policy.
• Manage Game Presentersand Shufflers absences to include scheduling updates, incident ticketing, and payroll adjustments.
• Organize Game Presenters and Shufflers shift schedules and replacements as necessary based on business needs.
• Allocate Game Presentersand Shufflers to different teams upon request.
• Cooperate with Team Managers, Evolution Academy, Service Managers and other departments.
• Maintain staffing related KPI’s.
• Calculating and assembling Operations related statistics and reports.
• Administering and tracking operations related projects as assigned.
